Former Diddy employee Phillip Pines claims he “set-up rooms” for the rapper’s freak-off parties and “cleaned up evidence” when they were finished. He also claims that he was also trafficked and assaulted by Sean Combs and others.
Pines claims in a new 32-page lawsuit, filed on Monday, Dec. 23, that he worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021. During that time, he says he was tasked with setting up hotel rooms for parties called “Wild King Nights.” After the parties, which lasted for days and were allegedly a constant stream of sex and drugs, he had to clean up any evidence, such as drug evidence, condoms, sex toys, as well as stains made by blood and/or bodily fluids including urine, that may have been left behind.
According to his lawsuit, RadarOnline.com reports, Diddy had Pines make sure numerous items were on hand for the parties including “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astro glide, towels, illegal drugs, and power banger sex machines.”
He says he was always “expected to be on call” during the parties and would often have to return with more sex toys, marijuana, Astro glide and baby oil as well as Plan B, Cialis, or illegal drugs. Pines also claims in his lawsuit that he would delete any incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices like his phone and laptop computers. In addition to that, People reports, he would give large tips to the hotel’s cleaning crews “to avoid housecleaning from reporting anything that would be later billed.”
Phillip Pines also claims that Diddy would force him to have sex with women while the rapper watched in order to prove his loyalty to the Bad Boy Records founder.
“He was instructed to show his loyalty to Sean Combs,” the lawsuit reads. “If [Plaintiff] refused, he was told he would be terminated and would be blackballed from the industry, along with repercussions.”
In response to Pines’ lawsuit, attorneys for Diddy stated, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
