Diddy has put his massive Los Angeles mansion — the one that got raided by federal authorities earlier this year — on the market, according to reports.
The 54-year-old rapper and producer have reportedly listed the 17,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom home for $61.5 million after previously purchasing the property for $39 million in 2014.
Diddy listing his home on the market might have to do with the fact that a judge recently ordered he pay $100 million to a prison inmate who claimed that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him in 1997.
On March 26, 2024, both Diddy’s Holmby Hills property and his Miami home were raided by Homeland Security Investigations agents in connection to sex trafficking allegations.
Diddy has ‘lived in Miami as his primary residence for years and always planned to sell the home in L.A. once his daughters grew up and moved out.’ Listing agent Kurt Rappaport told People that ‘The property is located on the center of one of the best streets in Los Angeles.'”
“The rapper has taken out two mortgages on the home, both for $25.35 million, in August 2014 and May 2021, records show. Neither appear to have been paid of. The former was due to be repaid in full in August 2029 and the latter in May 2036.”
Earlier this summer, Diddy — who had his home raided by the feds in connection to a human trafficking investigation — was hit with a ninth sexual assault lawsuit. He was even sued by a member of the Sinaloa Cartel who alleged Diddy “tarnished” his reputation in the New York City criminal underworld.
Diddy has been accused of multiple crimes in recent months and years, including but not limited to assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie, lacing alcohol for the guests in his home, including underage girls, racketeering, forcing people to participate in sexual acts with prostitutes, blowing up Kid Cudi’s car, participating in the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl, and more.
