Music mogul Sean Combs, AKA Diddy, is the subject of yet more lawsuits by people claiming to have been sexually assaulted, drugged, and threatened with their lives.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Monday, a then-19-year-old female college student, an unnamed male, another unidentified man, and another female, all claim to have been sexual assaulted by Diddy.
The then-19-year-old woman claims Diddy invited her to a photo shoot in 2004 and then to his hotel room in Manhattan where she was taken to a “separate room off from the main party.” When she asked where they were being taken, she says she was told, “You know what you are here for.”
It was there that she claims the door was locked and Diddy “threatened to have them both killed” if she and her friend did not do as he asked. They were then assaulted by Combs.
Another alleged victim, a male, claims he was drugged and assaulted by Diddy in a van outside of a White Party in 2006.
In another court document, a different male accuses Diddy of aggravated sexual assault in a Macy’s department store stockroom in 2008. He too claims Combs and two bodyguards threatened to “kill” him if he did not cooperate.
And a fourth alleged victim, a female, claims Diddy “violently struck her, slamming her head against a wall” then raped her at a 1995 party promoting Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video.
KTLA News reported that at least six lawsuits, four by males and two by females, were filed against the rapper on Monday, all anonymously.
One of the alleged victims claims he was 16-years-old when Diddy told him to drop his pants and fondled him at a White Party, claiming it was all part of becoming a music star.
“There’s an overarching theme here, as you probably can see, which is basically Sean Combs feels like he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants to do it,” attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the lawsuits, said in an interview.
