Reacher star Alan Ritchson keeps getting bigger by the day. During a recent interview on the Inside Of You podcast, Ritchson revealed that he eats 4,000 calories a day to bulk up to star as Jack Reacher in the popular Prime Video series.

“If I stop working out for a little bit, and I’m still on that, I’ve trained my body to eat 4,000 calories a day, it would take me about three weeks to blow up,” Ritchson said. “So it does take a lot of consistency. I work out about five days a week. It’s got to be a lifestyle.”

Ritchson’s diet appears to be working because he looks absolutely massive these days. Over the weekend, Ritchson was interviewed by TikToker Liam Saul of Liam Loves Movies, and fans immediately noticed how big Ritchson is these days.

“Not gonna lie this guy would make a great Batman with his physique,” commented one fan on TikTok.

“That’s absolute batman,” commented another fan.

Ritchson has spoken in the past about being interested in playing Batman following fan interest.

“The fact that people are interested in me playing Batman is a real honor and privilege. It’s one of the first characters I fell in love with as a child: I still remember the big, long pistol coming out of Joker’s pants as he goes to shoot down the Batplane,” Ritchson told BroBible’s Post Credit Podcast.

Ritchson appears busy with Reacher and teasing a new season of Blue Mountain State, but it’s only a matter of time until he gets cast in a superhero movie.
