Here’s as shocker for you. Former MLB slugger and noted crackpot Jose Canseco might just be full of sh*t. I know, right? Who’da thunk it?
Over the weekend, Jose went on a bizarre (but pretty normal for him) Twitter rant about how Alex Rodriguez, who just announced his engagement to Jennifer Lopez, has been cheating on Jenny From The Block with his ex-wife, former Playboy Playmate Jessica Canseco.
Of note, Canseco and A-Rod have a history dating back to the Steroid Era of Major League Baseball, and by history I mean Jose really hates Rodriguez.

That was in reference to Rodriguez being suspended for 162 games back in 2014.
In Jose’s latest attack on A-Rod, he told Rodiguez to “stop being a piece of sh*t” and challenged Alex to a MMA fight. (Which is a really bad idea… for Jose.)
He even went so far as to say he’s willing to take a polygraph test.

Following his diatribe, Jose’s 22-year-old daughter model Josie Canseco wanted nothing to do with all of the drama, writing on Instagram, “If everyone doesn’t mind leaving me out of the family drama going on, I don’t know anything, nor do I deserve the backlash from it, thanks.”
And now, lo and behold, in her first tweets since 2013, Jose’s ex-wife Jessica says Jose is completely making sh*t up.
“Those false accusations Jose is making are not true!🖐🏻I have known Alex for many years and haven’t even seen him for over 5. I certainly did not sleep with him. I am friendly with both him and Jennifer. As for Jose he can keep playing with his Alien friends 😂🤦♀️,” she wrote on Twitter.
