Jimmy Kimmel returned to the airwaves on Tuesday night and didn’t hold back. Last week, Kimmel found himself in hot water after making comments about Charlie Kirk’s killer before mocking President Trump during his opening monologue.

“The MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them, and doing everything they can to score political points from it,

“In between the finger-pointing, there was, uh, grieving on Friday − the White House flew the flags at half-staff, which got some criticism, but on a human level, you can see how hard the president is taking this.”

Kimmel was suspended days later after Trump’s FCC chairman, Brendan Carr, threatened to punish ABC if they didn’t take the late-night host off the air.

“There’s actions we can take on licensed broadcasters. It’s long past the time that…Comcast and Disney say ‘We’re not gonna run Kimmel anymore…because we licensed broadcasters are running the possibly of fines or licensed revocation from the FCC” said Carr.

On Tuesday night, Kimmel made his first appearance back on his show and blasted Trump and his administration for trying to get him canceled.

“He tried his best to cancel me. Instead he forced millions of people to watch the show. That backfired bigly. He might have to release the Epstein files to distract us from this now.”

“The President made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds of people who work here, fired from our jobs. Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he can’t take a joke…

“This show is not important, what is important is we get to live in a country that allows us to have a show like this”
