True love really is dead. According to reports, the relationship that blossomed between actors Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson was fake.
Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson co-starred in the new The Naked Gun movie, which earned rave reviews from both critics and audiences and has made over $87 million at the global box office against a $40 million budget.
At the time of the film’s premiere in August, news broke that the pair were in a relationship — a report that was seemingly confirmed by the duo as they were seen all over each other at the premiere and various other promo stops, particularly in a video for Letterboxd where they named their top four favorite comedy movies. Neeson even said he was “madly in love” during an appearance on The Today Show alongside Anderson.
Now, however, reports indicate that Neeson and Anderson are “no longer together.” There was no break-up, though, as the pair were apparently never actually dating in the first place.

After The Naked Gun, Neeson will be returning to his recent action B-movie ways, as he’s got projects such as 4 Kids Walk Into a Bank, Cold Storage, Hotel Tehran, and The Mongoose.
As for Anderson, the resurgent 58 year old actress has roles in films such as Rosebush Pruning and Place To Be lined up.
