An untitled Quentin Tarantino project has been added to Film and Television Industry Alliance database and is listed as beginning filming on December 1.
According to the listing, the film is set to star frequent Quentin Tarantino collaborator Brad Pitt in the lead role, with fellow QT troupe members Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman also rumored to be part of the cast.
All three of those actors, of course, are iconic Tarantino collaborators. Jackson has either starred or cameoed in Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol. 2, Inglourious Basters, Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Thurman has featured in Pulp Fiction and the two Kill Bill films, while Pitt has starred in True Romance (which Tarantino wrote but didn’t direct) Inglourious Basterds, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

As for plot details, ProductionList writes it’s “described as a ‘greatest-hits’ type project given the talent linked.”
In 2023, Tarantino was circling production on a script he wrote called The Movie Critic, which would’ve served as his alleged tenth and final film — a result of a self-imposed 10-film cap that Tarantino has placed on his career.
While The Movie Critic never came to fruition and was ultimately shelved, the script apparently morphed into a Cliff Booth-centric story that Brad Pitt liked so much, he brought it to his friend David Fincher, who agreed to direct.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth, set eight years after the events of Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, is now in production in California.
In addition to Pitt, The Adventures of Cliff Booth — his fourth collaboration with David Fincher following Seven, Fight Club and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button — also stars Timothy Olyphant, reprising his role as actor James Stacy, Scott Caan, Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Holt McCallany, JB Tadena, and Corey Fogelmanis.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth is set to release on Netflix sometime in 2026.
