Maisie Williams, who recently told The Guardian that the only reason she even did Game of Thrones in the first place was because she wanted to buy a new laptop, made some fans’ years by crashing their viewing party on Sunday night.
That’s right. Maisie wouldn’t even be Arya Stark if she didn’t really want a new computer.
“The thing I was really obsessed about was whether I would earn enough money to buy myself a laptop. My stepdad, Gary, just looked at me and said: ‘I think there’ll be enough for a couple of laptops, Maisie.'”
And while UCLA’s Mark and Kate, the students who hosted a GOT viewing party that the 19-year-old Williams crashed, won’t be getting any new computers they will have a story they can tell for the rest of their lives.
After responding to the tweet below, Williams not only showed up for Mark and Kate’s Game of Thrones viewing party, she even brought snacks! (And partook in a few that were already on hand as well.)
