Now we know what happened to the Delta Psi Beta house after Efron and Dave Franco moved out: They sold it to an unofficial off-campus sorority, who proceeds to terrorize the neighborhood with deranged sorority girl antics, as led by the adorable Chloë Grace Moretz.
