Bros! Welcome summer Friday! Woo! This week our boy Tim Gunter landed a MASSIVE DJ for our Summer Melt series, Crookers. A project of Francesco “Phra” Barbaglia, Crookers is huge in the European scene and recently signed with DIM MAK.You may remember that killer remix he did of Kid Cudi’s Day N Nite back in 2009. He’ll be blowing up the Dim Mak stage in Belgium for Tomorrowland in a couple of weeks.
If you’re looking to grab his album after checking out his Melt Mix, go check out Sixteen Chapel. It includes 12 tracks and features collaborations with TJR, Zombie Nation, Antwon, STS, etc. We’re told it’s “a glitchy, fidgety electro house masterpiece with sprinkles of Hip-Hop and R&B that’s Crookers at his finest.” Listen to it here.
