The calendar is about to turn to October, which makes me a little sad to think that we’re this far into the college football season already. But, how sad can I be when Week 6 was chock-full of action?
We finally got some shakeups at the top of the rankings this week, with Penn State losing a double-OT thriller to Oregon. And why not: how about another 2OT game on the books with Bama knocking off Georgia? Plus, LSU and Florida State are once again on “Fraud Watch” after losing this week. This is why I love not having a favorite team; I get to just root for chaos.
In honor of the 2025 college football season, we’re going to have updated rankings every week tracking the top 5 teams in the country. It’s a great opportunity to grab the jersey of your alma mater as they ascend to the top of the list. If your team doesn’t pop up on our weekly list, don’t fret: you can still find their apparel at Nike and adidas all season long.
