We’re still in the midst of a long-simmering battle over which water bottle brand is the best. New brands appear all the time, old brands keep reinventing, but only one brand has stood the test of time for me for almost 20 years. No frills, no hard-to-clean straws…just a perfect water delivery every time. That’s why I’m here to declare that the Nalgene water bottle reigns supreme.
If you’ve ever owned a Nalgene, you know what to expect: leakproof, easy to clean, no weird aftertastes from the bottle, etc. They’ve constructed their bottles even better, with sustainable materials derived from landfill-bound plastics. You’re staying hydrated and helping the environment? Everyone wins!
I’ve been using the small-mouth Nalgene bottle for several years now, and I plan on using it for years to come. But, it wouldn’t hurt to have a second bottle, especially when I work up a sweat out in the wild on camping/hiking/kayaking trips. Plus, the classic wide-mouth bottle is such a breeze to refill.
Plus, as you can see from the image above, I am in desperate need of more real estate for stickers.
