Did you know that Priyanka Chopra, the star of the ABC show Quantico about the FBI, was crowned Miss World back in 2000? Because I didn’t realize it until just now.
Yeah, she won the title at just age 18. Damn. I knew she was ridiculously good looking, but I didn’t know she’d won awards for it until I found out she took home top honors for a record third time on Maxim India’s Hot 100 list this year.
I also found out that she is the first South Asian woman to headline an American network series while I was doing research on her. It really is amazing the things I learn in this job.
Goddamn, but she really is good-looking. No wonder she keeps winning awards for it.
