In high school and college, I worked my balls off at a couple of country club restaurants and kitchens. Honestly, I look back very fondly on those days; there’s a lot of lessons one learns about life, human behavior, and work ethic while busting your ass off to get people the food they want as a waiter or a bus boy in a busy restaurant. This video is all too true for anyone else who’s worked the service industry life.
