No idea, but it's one hell of a good read. 37 employees is a pretty sizeable West Village restaurant, so if it is, the place is definitely on the large side. As I said on Twitter:

Yep, new rule of thumb: ALWAYS avoid the eating in the West Village. I'm not a big fan of eating on top of people anyway, let alone basking in the chef/owner's flatulence. But hey! at least it makes the food taste better…
