Can someone give Arjen Robben the Oscar please? Because this is an Academy Award winning flop performance that sent the Dutch to a fateful penalty shot. He pulled off perhaps the ULTIMATE bullshit soccer dive that led to a penalty against Mexico. As you can see in this Vine, there pretty much NO contact at all.
Mexico was robbed by Robben. I guess the other side of the coin is people saying he’s genius for drawing the foul like that, but FUCK. THAT.
Shameful. Let’s hope the Flying Dutchmen are eliminated in the Round of 8.
