If you ignore the fact that it will slowly clog your arteries, raise your cholesterol levels, and gradually bring you closer to the brink of death, fried chicken is one of mankind’s most marvelous creations. You could make an argument for things like “airplanes” or “the wheel,” but fried chicken deserves to be mentioned among the greats.
Today is National Fried Chicken Day, a holiday which has been traditionally overshadowed by the Fourth of July but which arguably deserves the same amount of reverence. In honor of this glorious day, we put together a quiz about everything fried chicken.
