Steak purists will say that deep frying steak is blasphemy — The only way to eat it is rare, on the grill or pan-fried in a skillet. What a bunch of baloney. Been a few years since I’ve had me some deep fried steak, cowboy-style, but damn if it isn’t juicy and delicious.
Cowboy Kent Rollins is a YouTube guy who runs a chuckwagon where he shows off how to cook on an open fire. His deep-fried steak is the stuff a true carnivore’s dreams are made of. Just look at how delicious this looks! Ain’t no salisbury steak, that’s for sure.
