Earlier today the official McDonald’s Twitter account went off the rails posting a very nasty tweet about our current President Donald Trump.

Reactions to that tweet, were, of course, very reasoned and calm. NOT.
That being said, those reactions were nothing compared to the reactions to McDonald’s now clarifying on Twitter that their account had been “compromised.”
Twitter notified us that our account was compromised. We deleted the tweet, secured our account and are now investigating this.
