Here Is A New York City SantaCon Attendee Heckling Protesters During The Millions March

Last week, before revealing the list of “official SantaCon bars,” the organizers of the drunken, douchey charity bar crawl through Manhattan told their Kris Kringles to not act like jackasses this year. This was especially important this year since SantaCon happened to coincide with the Millions March NYC, asking for justice in the police brutality case of Eric Gardner.

In an exercise of First Amendment rights protected by the Constitution, this toolbag in a Santa hat mocked the protesters (also exercising their First Amendment rights) instead of hustling along to the next bar. Video below via Deadspin and more pics via Gothamist.
