Now that State Patty’s Day has gone to shit, Spring Semester Syllabus Week at Penn State might be the most turnt week in Happy Valley. Penn State is back to earning a reputation as the most shameless college campus in the land. This past January our friends at I’m Shmacked headed to State College to capture Syllabus Week 2014 festivities, which were especially off-the-charts.
