People in attendance at a Bernie Sanders rally in Phoenix got an interesting surprise when a woman appeared topless in the midst of his speech.
Combing her distaste for Donald Trump with her love for the Free The Nipple movement, Anni Ma of Los Angeles climbed on the shoulders of a man wearing nothing but some pasties and a couple of messages written on her body during Sanders’ speech.
One message on her back read “STOP FACISM” while on her front she had written “HATE SPEECH IS NOT FREE SPEECH” above and below her Free The Nipple stickers.

Ma said that she had tried to get into Trump’s rally in Fountain Hills, Arizona that was besieged by protesters and delayed as a result, but couldn’t gain entry so she headed to Bernie’s event.
Naturally, the crowd went nuts when she made her appearance…

Whether Ma’s protest will have any effect on Tuesday’s primary in Arizona remains to be seen. (Spoiler: it won’t.)
