If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em. Today language snobs of the world who hate on a younger generation’s lexicon are all ¯_(ツ)_/¯ and SMH now that YOLO is officially being recognized by the Oxford English dictionary, along with “SMH,” “cray”, “neckbeard,” “binge-watch,” “hate-watch,” “side-boob,” “adorbs,” “listicle,” “mansplain,” “hot mess,” and “acquihire.” The Washington Post notes that it was a runner up in 2012, but ultimately lost out to “GIF.”

Let me mansplain something to you: As a writer for the cray-ist blog geared towards hip, cool millennial Bros, these are words I use every day. STFU if you hate it, neckbeards. Our side-boob, listicle, and binge-watch game is second to none on the Internet.

Thanks, Drake.

Suck it, language snobs.
