38-year-old former NFL MVP Adrian Peterson is plotting an NFL comeback.

Peterson last played a game in 2021 for the Seahawks but still believes he has the ability to play football at a high level.

During an interview with Robert Griffin III, Peterson said that he would be willing to sign with an NFL team before the playoffs because he thinks he can “outperform” many younger players in the league.

“I can still play, I feel like I have the ability to outperform a lot of these kids playing I see today, and I definitely still want to play, I still have the desire, passion and the love to get out thereand put my best foot forward.”

“If the guys willing to give me the opportunity before the playoffs here soon, I’ll be ready to get out there and make things happen.”

While Peterson hasn’t played pro football in years, he did attempt to get into social media boxing and ended up getting knocked out by Le’Veon Bell.
