Bill Murray Crashed The End Of A White House Press Briefing To Say That The Cubs Are Going To The World Series

Born and raised in Evanston, Bill Murray is a die-hard Chicago guy. So is the Barack Obama, the President of the United States. In D.C. to receive the Mark Twain prize from President Obama, Murray crashed the White House briefing to talk about how the Cubs are going to win the National League Championship Series and go to the World Series. via:

“I feel very confident that Clayton Kershaw is a great, great pitcher, but we’ve got too many sticks,” Murray told reporters, who played along with the moment, referring to the Saturday Night Live legend as “Mr. President.”

“We also have a little bit of autumn in Chicago. You don’t get that in Los Angles,” Murray said. “Trees just die in Los Angeles. In Illinois, they flourish.”

Bill Murray is and always will be The Man.
