The Instagram account for Bleacher Report, which has over 23 million followers, was hacked on Wednesday night by apparent crypto scammers. The hacker claimed that NBA star LeBron James had invested in a new cryptocurrency called the “Dior coin.” Dior’s Instagram page, which has over 47 million followers, was also hacked.

The Bleacher Report hackers tried to make the post seem like a traditional BR update post, as they shared a photo of LeBron James with the caption “LeBron James joins the Crypto Space with Investment in Freshly Launched Dior Coin.”

If you were somehow fooled by the first part of the caption, the second part gave it away as it listed the blockchain number of the coin. It was the same story over on Dior’s Instagram page.

LeBron has been in the headlines this week for his handling of the NBA All-Star game, as he announced he would be participating in the game on the day of the event due to an injury. This ruffled the feathers of both NBA analysts and fans alike, who’ve accused LeBron James of hoarding an All-Star spot from another NBA player.

In general, the All-Star game was a mess this weekend, as the new format was heavily criticized, as was the NBA’s decision to have Kevin Hart and Mr. Beast heavily involved in the broadcast of the game.

Speaking about the issues with the NBA All-Star game on Inside the NBA, Charles Barkley told Draymond Green that this generation of NBA stars is responsible for killing the All-Star game.

“I’m going to disagree with Draymond A LOT. I used the analogy, when your kids mess up the house you make them clean it up and they complaining. They messed the game up! That’s why we’re trying to kamikaze stuff out here right now. His generation messed the game up. So don’t act like he’s mad that they trying to use rookies… we’re doing every type of trick to make this weekend exciting,” Barkley said.
