I’m going to need a ruling on this Vine that popped up in my Twitter stream.
Check out these three Bulls fans enjoying a nice night at the game, and possibly, ripping some huge hits while Derrick Rose once again falls apart. But is he? He’s making a face much like a man inhaling and enjoying, but he’s so out in the open, he might just be vaping.
