Caitlin Clark Clowns On Kelsey Plum’s Instagram Amid The Latter Seemingly Throwing Shade At Her During All-Star Game

WNBA star Caitlin Clark left a jabbing comment on Kelsey Plum’s Instagram after the latter seemingly through Clark under the bus over All-Star Weekend regarding the protest t-shirt that the athletes.

Prior to the start of the All-Star game, the league’s All-Star players wore t-shirts that said “Pay Us What You Owe Us” while warming up.

When asked about it during a later press conference, however, Los Angeles Sparks point guard took at dig at Caitlin Clark and her team, saying none of them were present for the precision.

“It was a very powerful moment. As players, we didn’t know that that was going to happen. It was a genuine surprise. The t-shirt was determined this morning. Not to tattletale: 0 members of Team Clark were very present for that,” Plum said during an All-Star game press conference, prompting an aghast look from Sabrina Ionescu.

Clark, to her credit, didn’t seen all that bothered by Plum’s comments as she later commented on her Instagram to thank Plum, an Under Armour athlete, for sharing the Nike logo in an Instagram post.

Clark, however, unfortunately did not participate in the Three-Point Contest or the All-Star game as she recovered from injury.

So far this season — in which Clark has played in just 13 games due to injury — the second-year Indiana Fever All-Star is averaging 16.5 points, 8.8 assists and 5 rebounds per game.

As for Plum, who is in her first season with the Los Angeles Sparks, she is averaging 20.1 points, 5.8 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game this season, having started in all 20 of the Sparks’ game so far.
