Charles Barkley was soudning a lil tipsy on NBA All-Star Sunday.
Before the game, Giannis Antetokounmpo and LeBron James participated in the All-Star draft.
In between picks, Ernie Johnson brought on the Inside The NBA crew to talk about the picks, and Barkley appeared to slur his words.
Shaq immediately called out Barkley for sounding drunk on the broadcast.

Barkley denied he was drunk but that he was having mic issues, but fans weren’t buying it.
