Evangelista ‘Cyborg’ Santos’ MMA career may have ended last night after a vicious flying knee from Michael Page fractured his skull at Bellator 158.
Santos’ ex-wife and current UFC women’s star Cristiane Justino posted a graphic picture of the injury sustained by Santos’ yesterday and my God is it nasty.

Bellator color commentator Jimmy Smith took to Twitter to discuss how serious Santos’ injuries were.
Now that the info is out there I can say that Cyborg took REAL damage from that knee and everyone is hoping he turns out OK. True warrior

According to Justino the injury has doctors worried about continued swelling of the brain.
Santos’ ex-wife also started a go-fund me page to help pay for his medical bills.

That injury is pretty nasty, hopefully Santos pulls through just fine.
