Sucks to be a Chicago Bears fan right about now. Just when all hope seemed to be lost, Tarik Cohen and Mitch Trubisky rallied the team to within almost chip-shot distance for a Cody Parkey field goal attempt to win the game and advance in the 2018 NFL playoffs.

One unfathomable double-doink later and somehow the Philadelphia Eagles were moving on to the next divisional round.

Needless to say, fans on both sides of the ball, had some very strong reactions to Parkey hitting the upright for the sixth time this season.

Some showed that they have very long memories…

Others decided to thank Parkey for the miss by sending him (or someone with/or using his name) money on Venmo…

Of course there were the obilgatory memes with the kick set to music from Titanic

And Tecmo Bowl

And the Pepsi “Ice the Kicker” commercial…

However, none of those trolljobs were as classic as the time-honored tradition of altering someone Wikipedia page when they do something that angers people.

Eventully, Wikipedia had to put an end to the madness or it would probably still be going on as we speak.

Never change, internet.

Oh, and the ball was tipped.

Not that it matters at this point.
