UFC superstar Conor McGregor is beginning to face blowback after losing his assault lawsuit. Last week, McGregor McGregor was at the center of a public civil trial in which he was accused of assaulting a woman in Dublin.

McGregor lost the lawsuit and was ordered to pay $328k in damages by a jury of his peers. After the lawsuit verdict, the Irish MMA star took to social media to bash his accuser while announcing that he planned to file an appeal.

“How these lies were accepted, I will never know. A court of feeling and opinion, brainwashed into people via the mainstream media. Not of fact!” said Mcgregor on Twitter.

“The reporting in court a laughing stock to everyone present. As clear as day bias. This is not a court of hard evidence and truth. It is a kangaroo court of opinions and feelings. “We are not done yet. Not by a long shot. No chance. On we fight! Justice and truth will prevail! Appeal! Appeal! Appeal!

On Monday, video game publisher ID Interactive announced they were cutting ties with McGregor and removing him from their popular Hitman series, in which he was featured.
