NBC’s Cris Collinsworth is once again being accused of being biased in his commentary.

Throughout the years, Collinsworth has been criticized for his praise of Patrick Mahomes during broadcasts.

During a recent interview with Kay Adams, Collinsworth spoke about the criticism he’s received for showing love towards Mahomes.

“Honestly, I don’t care if anyone thinks I like Patrick Mahomes, because I do. I do like the guy. He’s been one of the most phenomenal players we’ve seen in the league for a long, long time,” Collinsworth said.

On Sunday night, Collinsworth was called out again for his biased commentary in favor of Mahomes.

During the Chiefs-Giants game, Mahomes threw a terrible backwards pass that cost his team 15 yards, but he ended up recovering the fumble.

Collinsworth praised Mahomes even though Mahomes caused the fumble.

“I can’t tell you how good of a play that is, so many quarterbacks would have done nothing. He knew better than anybody that was a backwards pass…Not only did he save the touchdown, but he also got the ball back.”

Fans were confused by Collinsworth’s praise of Mahomes on the play.
