Colorado head coach Deion Sanders is dealing with more serious health issues. Before the start of the college football season, Sanders revealed that he was treated for bladder cancer.
While many thought his health issues were behind him, Sanders was seen wearing only one shoe during Colorado’s game vs TCU on Saturday.

After the game, Sanders revealed that the reason he was only wearing one shoe was that his leg was “throbbing,” and he believes he may have blood clots.
“I think I got more blood clots,” Sanders said after the game. “Cat’s out of the bag, all right. I think I got more blood clots. It don’t make sense. I’m hurting like crazy. I got a doctor’s appointment on Monday to see what time it is. So that’s what’s going on. I’m not getting blood to my leg, that’s why my leg is throbbing.
“I’m sorry to get that out, but thank you for noticing.”

Sanders has dealt with blood-circulation issues in the past, which led to the amputation of two of his toes.
