Fox sideline reporter Erin Andrews was called out on social media this weekend for allegedly “making up” reports during Detroit Lions-Green Bay Packers game.

The game, which took place in frigid Green Bay, was especially nasty weather-wise with wind and rain making for a very unpleasant day.

During the game, Erin Andrews reported on the weather conditions, stating that they were expecting 43-mile-per-hour wind gusts with a chance of thunder and lightning during the rainstorm.

It was at that point that Sam Kuffel, a meteorologist who works for CBS 58 News in Milwaukee, expressed that she was tired of Erin Andrews “making up” weather reports.

Kuffel quickly followed that post on X (Twitter) with another one.

“Stuff like this makes me irrationally angry,” she wrote.

Sam Kuffel then, just to really drive her point home, shared a radar image of the entire state of Wisconsin which showed zero weather warnings in effect.

Naturally, people on X were definitely down for joining in with Sam Kuffel in her beef with Erin Andrews.

“How can they not consult with the local weather people?” one person asked.

“Currently bunkered in a room downstairs with no windows per Erin Andrews,” another fan joked.

“Are you calling Erin a liar, Sam?” someone else asked, sarcastically.

“Dude, I looked at http://weather.gov right after and there was nothing,” another fact-checker checked in.

“Literally checked NWS to see if there were any warnings out and there were none,” another Wisconsinite pointed out.

Back in 2022, Andrews and her Calm Down podcast co-host, Charissa Thompson, both admitted to making up reports during NFL broadcasts where they were working on the sidelines.
