Florida Gators Player May Have Cost Team Game By Spitting On USF Player Late In 4th Quarter

Football players spitting on each other is becoming a trend. On Thursday night, Eagles’ Jalen Carter was ejected from the Eagles-Cowboys game for spitting on Dak Prescott.

On Saturday, Florida Gators Brendan Bett also got ejected for spitting on a USF player while the Gators were only up one point and the Bulls were driving up the field to attempt a game-winning field goal.

The penalty helped USF improve its field position and kick a game-winning field goal minutes later.

Gators fans are now calling for Bett to be removed from the team.
