March Madness is here, folks. Later on Sunday, the field of 68 will be revealed and one of the best events in all of sports will be set to begin.
Before that happens, though, we have to play out the last few remaining conference championship games, including the Big Ten Tournament Championship Game between Wisconsin and Michigan. The game featured a “wedgie” and legendary broadcaster Ian Eagle loved it.
Ian Eagle has become one of the defining voices of March Madness lately, and has been the voice of the Final Four the last two years after longtime broadcaster Jim Nantz gave up the duties for CBS. Eagle’s son, Noah, is set to be one of the voices of the NBA’s return to NBC next year after breaking out during the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
Eagle was on the call for that Wisconsin-Michigan matchup, and we got a wedgie on a layup in the first half. He was loving it. Take a look.

That play was indicative of the entire game. The teams combined to shoot just 27% from the field and a whopping 16/72 from three-point range as Michigan beat Wisconsin, 59-53.
