During a kickoff In the second quarter of the Taxslayer bowl game between Tennessee and Iowa, Iowa’s Jonathan Parker might have committed one of the dumbest plays in the history of college ball after he threw the ball back inbounds near the five yard line. The ball was initially recovered by Tennessee but the play was called back due to it being an illegal forward pass.

There’s no way to comprehend what Parker was thinking, even five year olds on pee-wee teams know not to do this.
