Jake Paul wants a piece of undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk. On Saturday, Usyk defeated Daniel Dubois for the second time via knockout in the fifth round of their fight.
After the fight, Paul jumped into the ring and faced off against Usyk, promising an MMA fight.
Congrats to one of the greatest heavyweights of all time @usykaa on a huge win. I respect you a lot. Now we do an MMA match for the world @MostVpromotions pic.twitter.com/1MgsKyG13z

Earlier this year, Paul’s business manager revealed that they are in talks with Usyk’s camp about a potential MMA match in 2026.
‘Usyk has called Jake out multiple times in MMA. They’ve been in touch with us behind the scenes. That’s a fight they want in 2026,’ said Bidarian.
Usyk’s trainer, Sergey Lapin, has also teased a potential MMA fight.
“Usyk has always cared only about fighting the best and creating a lasting legacy in the great sport of boxing. But in the future, as he further solidifies his place as one of the true great fighters, We’ll see what other opportunities open up for him. It might be great to step into the cage with Jake Paul under MMA rules, it would be interesting if there is money to be made from it.”
After clearing out the heavyweight division in boxing, an MMA fight against Jake Paul could make sense.
