Jake Paul’s parents are a bit nervous leading up to their son’s fight against Mike Tyson. On Friday, November 15th, Paul will finally face off against Tyson in the boxing ring at Cowboys stadium, which will air live on NetFlix.

Ahead of their fight, both Tyson and Paul worked out in front of media and fans.

According to Paul, his mom is afraid of Tyson’s punching power and can’t even watch his workout videos because it scares her.

“Yeah. Yes, indeed. .. My mom can’t even watch Tyson punch. She won’t watch it because it scares her.”

Paul’s father Greg spoke to the media and while he thinks his son will win via stoppage, he’s a bit nervous heading into the fight.

“Everyone that Jake’s fought, except for Anderson Silva, I would fight in the street, I wouldn’t fight Mike Tyson in the street without a gun or a knife…I hugged Tyson at Logan’s podcast and I was like holy f— this dude is solid, but yeah I’m nervous, this a fight, it could go any way at any time”

Jake assured his worried mother that he would knock out Tyson because it’s his destiny.

“Mom, I promise you, I was built for this, destined for this, the gods got me, the universe got me, and I, Jake Joseph Paul, will knock out Mike Tyson on November 15th.”
