Earlier this week, NBA All-Star and future Hall of Famer Kevin Durant was in attendance at a WNBA game between the Los Angeles Sparks and Atlanta Dream. While at the game, cameras caught him checking out Sparks’ second-year player Cameron Brink in 4K.

Cameron Brink has become one of the biggest stars in women’s basketball in recent years as she was not only dominant at Stanford (before unfortunately tearing her ACL during her rookie year), but she also just so happens to look like another famous Cameron, Cameron Diaz. And the idea of a woman who looks like Cameron Diaz dominating the glass in a basketball game is obviously something that will garner the attention on sports fans, KD included.

As the pair were greeting each other courtside after the game — the Dream beat the Sparks by a score of 88-82 — cameras caught Kevin Durant eyeing up Brinks legs a handful of times in just a brief interaction.

After tearing her ACL early in her rookie season last summer — she was the 2nd overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft behind only Caitlin Clark — Brink is expected to make her return to the WNBA court next month.

“Honestly, like, it’s been a whirlwind. But I feel like now people don’t talk about it as much,” Brink said of her recovery earlier this year. “This is the hardest part for me because I’m just finally starting to do the jumping, the running, and the cutting slightly.”

“I went on a run the other day, running for four minutes and then walking for one minute. When I tell you, I’ve never been so gassed in my life! I’m like, I’m not an athlete right now. The same thing with shooting—I’m not making shots; I feel like I’m just having to relearn everything.”

Before tearing her ACL, Brink appeared in 15 games for the Sparks last season and averaged 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, and 1.7 assists per game.
