It appears that Cal Raleigh will be getting his 60th home run ball back. On Thursday night, Raleigh made history by becoming the fourth player in American League history to clear 60 home runs.
After Raleigh’s historic home run, one Mariners fan went viral for giving the ball away to a young fan instead of keeping it for himself.

Memorabilia experts told TMZ that the ball could be worth up to $200k if sold at auction.

David Kohler, founder of SCP Auctions, told us on Thursday if Raleigh’s artifact were going up on his block, he’d expect it to sell for somewhere between $100,000-$200,000.
It, of course, could be worth even more, Kohler said, if it ultimately ends up being the last one the Seattle superstar hits in 2025.
“It’s a phenomenal home run ball historically for the Seattle base,” Kohler told us. “MLB catchers are very seldom in the home run race of a MLB season. So, very unique.”
It appears that the kid’s family has no interest in keeping the ball and wants to give it back to Raleigh.
“I saw the video of the man who caught it; he didn’t have to do it, but I posted on Facebook that it was a complete, gracious, sincere, random act of kindness,” Galan Ruelos, Marcus’ father, told “The Gee and Ursula Show” on KIRO Newsradio.
“My son whispered to me and said, ‘Dad, because it’s Cal, I want him to have [the ball].’ He was never thinking, are we going to keep it for money? That wasn’t even a thought.”
The Mariners are looking for the viral fan who gifted the kid the ball.
The Mariners would love to get in contact with this incredible fan.
