LeBron James Denies Beef With Anthony Davis While Claiming Ignorance On Blockbuster Trade

LeBron James claims that he did not know anything about the earth-shattering NBA trade that sent Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis. It was not his doing.

News broke of a three-team NBA trade on late Saturday night, early Sunday morning. The Jazz, Lakers and Mavericks agreed to a blockbuster deal that sent shockwaves across the sports world.

According to multiple reports, LeBron James was left in the dark on the deal. He supposedly found out through social media just like everybody else while out to dinner with his family after the Knicks game.

We may never find out if James was/is telling the truth, but it is hard to believe that the organization did not give him any kind of warning. Surely the front office gave him something, right? Maybe not.

Either way, LeBron James wants to be very clear that he was not responsible for the departure of Anthony Davis. The 40-year-old future Hall of Famer vehemently denies an underlying beef between them.
