Nebraska QB Tommy Armstrong Jr. had to leave tonight’s Ohio State-Nebraska game on a stretcher after suffering a serious head injury in the second quarter.

While running out of bounds, Armstrong fell awkwardly on his head while getting tackled by an OSU defender

Nebraska released a statement describing Armstrong’s injuries.
