In a Facebook post yesterday, former Yankees outfielder Nick Swisher cut his minor league season short to spend time with his wife and two daughters after the recent birth of his child.
The 35-year-old Swisher hasn’t appeared in a major league game this season after signing a minor league contract with the New York Yankees in April.
Pretty bro move by Swisher to put his dream of returning to the majors on hold to attend to his family.
