Some animals out there are truly living the life. At the Oregon Zoo, not only are they living large, they are also enjoying some Halloween and fall festivities.

For example, the sea otters love to ball out at the zoo. Normally they just use regular balls when showing off their hops around the rim.

Now, though, with it being almost Halloween, Lincoln, Juno, and Sushi, the three sea otters who love to ball, have been doing a little “punkin dunkin” with some jack o’lanterns, as the zoo put it on Instagram.

The otters aren’t the only animals at the Oregon Zoo that have gotten fall fever. One of the elephants, Tula, has been running around with a pumpkin of her own, showing off some mad soccer skills.

One of the bigger elephants, on the other hand, apparently has no time for such shenanigans. Instead of kicking a pumpkin around, they’d rather just crush it.

As for other animals at the zoo like bears and rhinos, they only have one use for the orange gourds: grubbing.

They must have given the sea otters some ideas. Because when they aren’t putting on their slam dunk show with the pumpkins, they too find them to be quite a tasty treat.

The Oregon Zoo tells TMZ that the otters highlight reel dunking display is more than just a fun time for them and the zoo’s visitors. It’s also part of their training, and keeps them moving so their joints stay in great shape.
