Free agent 41-year-old quarterback Aaron Rodgers was in attendance at the 151st Kentucky Derby over the weekend and was spotted wearing a ring on his left ring finger, the ring usually reserved for a wedding band.
Speaking about Aaron Rodgers on his show, as he so often does — the former New York Jets and Green Bay Packers quarterback makes a weekly appearance on the show during the NFL season — Pat McAfee suggested that Aaron Rodgers’ ring was the result of something most of his listeners would likely consider to be “woke”: allowing a woman to propose to him.
While Rodgers was previously engaged to actress Shailene Woodley, the pair split in 2022, with Rodgers having largely kept his romantic life private since.
“It looked like it was a wedding ring or maybe he got engaged to. Maybe somebody got engaged to him,” McAfee said. “Maybe they flipped the script and said: ‘Who says it has to be one way to the other?’ Maybe somebody got engaged to him and said: ‘Aaron, will you take this ring and be with me forever?’ And Aaron said ‘Yes, I will”… who knows?'”

Since splitting with Woodley, Rodgers has been romantically linked to Charlotte Brereton, a woman who goes by ‘Blu of Earth’ on Instagram, and Mallory Edens, the daughter of Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wes Edens.
At this time, Rodgers remains a free agent, with seemingly only the Pittsburgh Steelers being a viable landing spot for the controversial future Hall of Fame signal caller.
