Pat McAfee is not happy with his former team, the Indianapolis Colts. He aired his frustrations with the franchise online last week amid another mediocre season.
He’s not happy with the team’s commitment to success. He questioned the preparation and dedication of players and administration following an embarrassing loss to the Giants.
New York entered that contest with just two wins on the season. They left with a 45-33 victory to put the Colts two games below .500 and officially out of the NFL Playoff hunt.
After the fact, McAfee ripped the team to shreds while vowing not to renew his season tickets. It seems he started his shunning of the organization a game early.
The sports show host’s suite in Lucas Oil Stadium was notably empty during a season finale against the rival Jaguars. He had no interest in supporting the team on Sunday.

Pat McAfee has been vocal in his criticisms of the Colts. Until he sees change, he’ll continue to snub his former squad.
The 2024 campaign represents the fourth straight year in which Indianapolis will be watching the playoffs from home. They’ve failed to record double digit wins in any of those seasons, combining to go 30-37 in that time.
Unfortunately, McAfee missed an exciting win in Week 18. Indianapolis bested Jacksonville in overtime, 26-23. Special teamer Matt Gay played an integral role in the season-ending victory.
The kicker knocked in four of his five field goal attempts to go along with two PATs. He scored 14 points on the day, capped with a game-winning make in the overtime session.
Pat McAfee wasn’t on hand to witness that walk-off win. Don’t expect to see him in attendance next year if a commitment to winning isn’t made.
