Before Paul Pierce retired from basketball last month, Wizards’ Brandon Jennings decided to take a random shot at the Celtics legend on Twitter.
Today, Pierce appeared on ESPN’s “The Jump” and when Jennings was brought up in conversation “The Truth” dropped the hammer on the Wizards guard.

“He need to stay there [playing street basketball]. The way he performed in the playoffs this year, he may as well just stay year-round on 4th Street.”
Jennings of course fired back on Twitter.
